The term “true north” means to strive towards your ideal state of perfection in life and business.
Here at True North Rotorua, we are dedicated to providing professional chartered accountancy services that help our clients navigate that path, so they can reach their business and personal goals.
True North Rotorua was established in 2011, by two sisters – Nicky and Trudi, after we became disillusioned with the model being used by larger chartered accountancy firms, and decided that our clients deserved quality personal services, driven by close working relationships.
Since then, the team has grown to now include three senior staff, who, together, have over 80 years of experience working as Chartered Accountants.
True North Rotorua is driven by six key values: family first, innovation, ownership, positivity, honesty, and empathy. We take pride in our ability to go above and beyond to provide timely, trustworthy and accurate solutions that truly add value to those we work with. We are committed to remaining up-to-date with any happenings in the business, tax and accounting world, and the latest technologies, for maximum efficiency and effectiveness – enabling our clients to stay at the very top of their game.
This means our clients can expect us to:
- Listen to and understand their needs
- Provide effective support and timely advice
- Be accessible, approachable, and available, always
- Apply our technical skills and knowledge, attention to detail, and personal service, to everything we do
